Argh!!!

I'm having a bit of a writers block. I had some pretty awesome ideas about putting poetry or a few short stories etc on here but I can't think. Instead, I am going to rant about work. I figure that's writing still, right?

I work in an office of 7 people (including myself) and 6 of us get along really well. Whether we're talking about 'Family Guy' or just winding each other up in general we have a pretty good day. The other person, however, I believe is (in every sense of the word) bipolar. It will come as no surprise to anyone that, he is my boss.

In the morning there is a calm working environment as we all discuss last nights tv or last nights takeaway (while still doing work... honest!) then his large shadow casts on the office walls as he stomps around the car park into the building. Then, we wait... like victims in a horror movie for the sound of his footsteps in the corridor until he opens the door and wheezes, "Good Morning". The response is always a muffled "Morning" and just like that, all of the enthusiasm and life of the office is gone as we look forward to the next 8 hours of silence - as to talk in the masters presence is a sin, punishable with dirty looks and the occasional shake of his head. As the silence strangles the conversation in the room, i'm thinking of all of the ways in which I can make the situation better. Mostly by use of wrestling manoeuvres courtesy of Jeff Hardy. I figure my 5ft4'' stature means that I could, technically... I mean hypothetically Swantom Bomb from one of our cabinets onto him and knock him out cold. Then we can finish hearing the story about the hideous dress on Four Weddings and we can all live happily ever after.

Then I realise that would be a sackable offence and carry on with my work.

Haha, came close to 'taking' my boss out too, I favour the pile-driver though, but then I'm 6'4" and a half and she's 5' so I didn't think it would be a fair match...Oh, I just listened to Jumpsuit too, liking them...

Haha! I'm glad the wrestle-your-boss syndrome is not reserved to just me. You do realise that if we ever did it, the security footage would appear on some reality tv show... I dunno... "When employee's go wild!" It would probably be narrated by Jamie Theakston.
